Introduction
Liquid level detector is to use nuclear technology, the use of low energy source of photons interact with the material being measured, the principle of radiation intensity is changed with test material charge level location to control the testing filling liquid materials. Due to its way of non-contact measurement, fundamentally solves the traditional weighing method can not measure the filling liquid materials on production line. So it is widely used in food, medicine, chemical, weapons and ammunition etc filling (bottled or canned) liquid material on-line automatic control.

Automatic aluminum can filling and seaming machine

Can Filling part:
Rotary wheel fully made of stainless steel SUS 304.
Isobaric filling method.
Filling valves are made of SUS304.
Filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling.
Bottles go up and down in the function of cam through elevator, to process filling with contact to bottle-mouth.
Filler is driven through gears inside the machine frame.
Link-wheels in rinser, filler and capper are transported in ringed support of bottle-neck 
Can seaming part:
This can seaming parts adopts the bottom lifting method with two setps crimp seaming.
